Shipping policy

Her Edit Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
